《GB/T 10715-2002带传动 多楔带、联组V带及包括宽V带、六角带在内的单根V带 抗静电带的导电性:要求和试验方法》由TC428(全国带轮与带标准化技术委员会)归口,TC428SC3(全国带轮与带标准化技术委员会摩擦型带传动分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了静电的环形的多楔带、联组V带及包括宽V带、六角带在内的单根V带的最大电阻及其试验方法。本标准仅适用于拟在爆炸或着火危险的场合中使用的新带。设立该试验是为了保证带具有足够的导电性以泄放其在运行中产生的电荷。在产品控制试验中,由国家标准或有关方面的协议确定是对一批带的每一条都进行试验还是对每一批带按一定百分数抽取一部分带进行试验。


Scope

This standard specifies the maximum resistance and test methods of antistatic annular V-belts, combined V-belts and single V-belts including wide V-belts and hexagonal belts. This standard applies only to new belts intended for use in explosion or fire hazards. The test is set up to ensure that the belt has sufficient conductivity to discharge the charge it generates during operation. In the product control test, it is determined by the national standard or the agreement of the relevant parties whether to test each piece of a batch of tapes or to test a certain percentage of each batch of tapes.
