本标准适用于机构与机器科学、机械原理、机械设计、测试技术、控制理论、机器人学和机械电子学,供制定标准和指导性技术文件及编写和翻译教材、书籍、产品说明书等出版物时使用。
在本标准的术语中,凡允许使用的英文同义词以分号隔开,英文缩写在括号中给出。允许使用的中文同义词(一般有英文词条对应)另行给出。少量以宋体给出的中文同义词应避免采用。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms used in the fields of machine and mechanism structure kinematics dynamics, machine control and measuring robots, and mechatronics. This standard is applicable to mechanism and machine science, mechanical principle, mechanical design, testing technology, control theory, robotics and mechatronics, and is used for formulating standards and guiding technical documents, and writing and translating teaching materials, books, product manuals and other publications use. In the terms of this standard, English synonyms that are allowed to be used are separated by semicolons, and English abbreviations are given in brackets. Allowed Chinese synonyms (generally corresponding to English entries) are given separately. A small number of Chinese synonyms given in Song should be avoided.
