本标准规定了A级和B级矩形花键滚刀的型式尺寸、技术要求、标志、包装的基本要求。本标准规定的A级滚刀适用于加工符合GB/T 1144-2001、键宽公差带为d10、f9、h10，定心直径留有磨量的外花键。本标准规定的B级滚刀适用于加工符合GB/T 1144-2001、键侧和定心直径都留有磨量的外花键。本标准适用于矩形花键滚刀。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the type, size, technical requirements, signs and packaging of Class A and Class B rectangular spline hobs. The A-class hob specified in this standard is suitable for machining external splines that conform to GB/T 1144-2001, the key width tolerance zone is d10, f9, h10, and the centering diameter has a grinding amount. Class B hobs specified in this standard are suitable for machining external splines that comply with GB/T 1144-2001 and have grinding allowances on the key side and centering diameter. This standard applies to rectangular spline hobs.
