本标准规定了船用电动双螺杆泵的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。 本标准适用于船舶上用作滑油泵、燃油泵、锅炉燃料喷油泵、货油泵、供水泵、消防泵、排水泵、压载泵、卫生泵以及输送化学品泵等各种双螺杆螺旋型线构成的泵设计、生产、试验和验收。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１１０３５—１９８９《船用电动双螺杆泵》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１１０３５—１９８９相比，主要技术内容有如下变动：
———补充了基本参数；
———增加了主动螺杆、从动螺杆动平衡试验内容；
———修改了产品型号“２ＣＧ…”为“２ＧＣ…”；
———增加了主要零件的选用材料，并更新了材料牌号和标准号；
———修改了填料密封的漏泄量；
———修改了有关环境条件；
———修改了有关噪声、振动、冲击和净吸上高度的试验要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of marine electric twin-screw pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). This standard is applicable to all kinds of twin-screw spiral lines used on ships such as lubricating oil pumps, fuel pumps, boiler fuel injection pumps, cargo oil pumps, water supply pumps, fire pumps, drainage pumps, ballast pumps, sanitary pumps and chemical pumps.
