Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of reduced germanium ingots. This standard applies to germanium ingots prepared by hydrogen reduction method using germanium dioxide as raw material. The products are mainly used to prepare zone-melted germanium ingots.
