Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and order form (or contract) for reduced germanium ingots. This standard applies to germanium ingots prepared by hydrogen reduction method using high-purity germanium dioxide as raw material. The products are mainly used to prepare zone-melted germanium ingots.
