本标准规定了区熔锗锭的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法及检验规则等。本标准适用于以还原锗锭及锗单晶返料为原料，经区熔提纯而制得的锗锭。产品供制备半导体锗单晶、化学用锗晶体和锗合金等用。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for zone-melted germanium ingots. This standard is applicable to germanium ingots produced by zone melting and purification using reduced germanium ingots and germanium single crystal returns as raw materials. The products are used for the preparation of semiconductor germanium single crystals, optical germanium crystals and germanium alloys.
