《GB/T 11292-2008工业自动化系统 机床数值控制 NC处理器输出 后置处理命令》由TC159(全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会)归口,TC159SC1(全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会物理设备控制分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准用数值控制软件定义了一系列后置处理语句的元素。这些后置处理语句用2000 型和20000型CLDATA 记录或其他等效形式编码。
凡采用国际标准数值控制编程语言的处理器能够产生符合本标准的后置处理命令的刀具位置数据(CLDATA)记录。
每个后置处理器能够采用本标准定义的后置处理命令的CLDATA 记录作为输入。
本标准没有描述以下内容:
a) 这些语句被处理的机制;
b) 记录这些输入语言语句的介质;
c) 输出机床控制数据的介质及格式;
d) 一个零件程序中语句的顺序。
Scope
This standard defines a series of post-processing elements for numerical control software. These post-processing statements are encoded in CLDATA records of type 2000 and 20000 or other equivalent. Any processor using the international standard numerical control programming language can generate tool position data (CLDATA) records for post-processing commands that comply with this standard. Each post-processor can take as input a CLDATA record of the post-processing commands defined in this standard. This standard does not describe the following: a) the mechanism by which these statements are processed; b) the medium for recording these input language statements; c) the medium and format for outputting machine control data; d) the sequence of statements in a part program.
