《GB/T 11348.3-2011机械振动 在旋转轴上测量评价机器的振动 第3部分:耦合的工业机器》由TC53(全国机械振动、冲击与状态监测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Scope
This part of GB/T 11348 gives guidance on the application of the evaluation criteria for shaft vibration measured at or near the bearings of coupled industrial machines under normal operating conditions. These guidelines are presented in terms of vibrations in steady state operation and any amplitude changes that may result. The specified values are not intended to be used as the only basis for evaluating vibration. Generally speaking, the evaluation of the vibration state of the machine should take into account both the vibration of the shaft and the vibration of the associated structure. This standard applies to industrial machines with a maximum continuous rated speed in the range of 1 000 r/min to 30 000 r/min and couplings with plain bearings. Machines that are not limited in size and power include: - steam turbines; - turbocompressors; - turbogenerators; - turbofans; - electric drives and coupled gear transmissions; Pumps (turbo pumps). The information on pumps provided in this part of ISO 10816-7 complements the information provided. In a specific case, when evaluating the shaft vibration of a pump, consideration should be given to the field operating conditions, the conditions under which the acceptance test was carried out and the influence of the bearing clearance given in ISO 10816-7. This part does not apply to land-mounted turbo-generator sets for power plants with an output power greater than 50 MW (see ISO 7919-2), nor does it apply to hydro-generator sets and pumping station units with an output power greater than or equal to 1 MW (see ISO 7919 -5).
