Scope

This standard specifies the basic dimensions, tolerances and fits, inspection rules and marking methods of cylindrical spur tooth small-diameter centering rectangular splines, as well as the dimensional tolerances and numerical tables of gauges. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of rectangular splines and their gauges.
