Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of satellite TV earth receiving stations. This standard applies to C-band satellite TV earth receiving stations whose color TV system is PAL-D, and also to TV earth stations compatible with communication. Other PAL color TV systems with a color subcarrier frequency of 4.43MHz or satellite TV earth receiving stations in other frequency bands can be used as a reference.
