Scope

This standard specifies the names, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and identification, packaging, transportation and storage of various parts of cast aluminum pistons for internal combustion engines. This standard applies to cast aluminum pistons for reciprocating piston internal combustion engines with a cylinder diameter not greater than 200 mm.
