《GB/T 11807-2008探查松脱零件的声学监测系统的特性、设计和运行程序》由TC30(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了轻水反应堆声学监测系统的特性、设计要求和运行程序。本标准适用于反应堆冷却剂系统松脱零件监测系统的设计和运行。声学监测系统用于监测通过结构传播、在反应堆冷却剂包容壳体外侧可测到的声音,其目的是探查异常事件,特别是由松脱零件引起的金属对金属的撞击事件,并用于确定这些事件发生的位置。所监测之声音仅限于可听频率范围 大约从30Hz到20kHz。本标准基于:使用压电式加速度传感器,探测由结构传播的声音。本标准不排除使用其他可代用的传感器。本标准等同采用IEC 60988:1990《探查松脱零件的声学监测系统的特性、设计和运行程序》(英文版)。本标准等同翻译IEC 60988:1990。
为便于使用,本标准做了下列编辑性修改:
――删除了IEC 60988的前言;
――用小数点“.”代替作为小数点的逗号“,”。
本标准代替GB/T 11807-1989《探查松脱零件的音响监测系统的特性、设计和运行程序》。
本标准与GB/T 11807-198相比主要有以下变化:
――增加了“外来物 foreign parts”的术语和定义;
――增加了系统设计的外部报警接口单元,并增加了相应的规定;
――频率范围由“fa=1kHz到fb=20kHz”,改为“fa和fb之间”(见4.4.2);
――RMS监视器的频率范围由“0.7fa和1.5fb之间”,改为“fa和fb之间”;
――增加了对数字化记录单元的要求。
Scope
This standard specifies the characteristics, design requirements and operating procedures of the acoustic monitoring system for light water reactors. This standard applies to the design and operation of reactor coolant system loose parts monitoring system. Acoustic monitoring systems are used to monitor sound that propagates through the structure and is detectable outside the reactor coolant containment shell. The location where the event occurred. The monitored sound is limited to the audible frequency range, approximately from 30Hz to 20kHz. This standard is based on the use of piezoelectric accelerometers for the detection of sound transmitted by structures. This standard does not exclude the use of other alternative sensors.
