《GB/T 12003-2008未增塑聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）塑料窗外形尺寸的测定》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC4（全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准于1989年12月首次发布。
本标准代替GB/T 12003-1989《塑料窗基本尺寸公差》。
本标准规定了未增塑聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）塑料窗外形基本尺寸的测量方法。
本标准适用于矩形和非矩形窗的矩形部分外形尺寸的测定。
本标准与GB/T 12003-1989相比主要变化如下：
a) 名称改为“未增塑聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）塑料窗外形尺寸的测定”；
b) 将“对角线尺寸公差”修改为“窗框对角线尺寸之差”；
c) 增加试验报告一章。

Scope

This standard specifies the measurement method for the basic dimensions of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) plastic windows. This standard applies to the determination of the external dimensions of rectangular and non-rectangular parts.
