Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of silicon when the thermal power plant conducts on-site control of chemical make-up water, feed water, boiler water, steam, condensate, etc. This standard applies to boiler water analysis. The determination range of silicon is: 10-500 μg SiO2 per liter and 0.5-20 mg SiO2 per liter.
