《GB/T 1233-2008未硫化橡胶初期硫化特性的测定 用圆盘剪切粘度计进行测定》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC2（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用圆盘剪切粘度计测定未硫化橡胶初期硫化特性的方法，本标准适用于评价未硫化橡胶在高温条件下能保存的时间和可加工性能。注：没有一种试验方法被认为与所有不同类型的加工过程如混炼、压延、挤出、硫化互相关联，因此说明试验结果时应考虑胶料先前特定的加工过程。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the initial vulcanization characteristics of unvulcanized rubber with a disc shear viscometer. This standard is applicable to evaluate the storage time and processability of unvulcanized rubber under high temperature conditions.
