Scope
This standard specifies the load for individuals engaged in manual lifting. This standard is applicable to labor performed by adults in the form of manual lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling. This standard does not apply to plateau areas, mountains, muddy roads and roads with a slope greater than 10°.
