《GB/T 12491-1990羊毛水解物中磺基丙氨酸含量的测定 纸电泳法和比色法》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了采用纸电泳法和比色法测定羊毛纤维中磺基丙氨酸含量的方法。本标准适用于任何形式的、未染色及染色、氧化与还原的全毛纺织品，即散纤维毛条、毛纱和织物。测定混纺织物时，必须确知羊毛的含量。本标准也适用于碳化羊毛的检验。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of sulfoalanine content in wool fibers by paper electrophoresis and colorimetry. This standard applies to all wool textiles in any form, undyed and dyed, oxidized and reduced, ie loose fiber tops, yarns and fabrics. When testing blended fabrics, the wool content must be known. This standard also applies to the inspection of carbonized wool.
