《GB/T 12506-2017测风雷达通用规范》由339-1(工业和信息化部(电子))归口,主管部门为工业和信息化部(电子)。
Introduction
Standard Evolution and Scope of Application
This standard replaces the 1990 version of the specification. The main changes include:
- The scope of application is expanded to wind profiler radar (originally limited to high-altitude meteorological detection radar)
- System architecture terminology is changed to subsystem (such as antenna system → antenna feeder subsystem)
- New special technical indicators for wind profiler radar
Comparison of core performance indicators
| Indicator type | High-altitude meteorological detection radar | Wind profiler radar |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum detection distance | Product specifications | Boundary layer 2-3km/Troposphere 6-16km/Stratosphere ≥20km |
| Measurement accuracy | Azimuth 0.06°-0.2° Distance error 15-50m | Wind direction ≤10°(wind speed>6m/s) Wind speed ≤1.5m/s(RMS) |
| Continuous working time | ≥8 hours | ≥24 hours |
| MTBF | ≥200 hours | ≥1800 hours |
Analysis of key technical requirements
4.1 Design specifications
Modular design principle is adopted, and the following requirements are required:
- Electronic extension supports hot swapping under power
- Equipped with automatic fault detection equipment (BITE), and the fault detection rate ≥90%
- Software development must comply with GJB 2786A military standard
4.11 Subsystem performance
Antenna feeder subsystem case: Boundary layer Wind profiler radar Requirements:
- Beam width ≤8° (mobile ≤10°)
- Antenna gain ≥25dB
- Slant beam pointing error ±0.5°
Environmental adaptability requirements
| Environmental type | Working conditions | Storage conditions |
|---|---|---|
| High temperature | Indoor 40-45℃ Outdoor 50-55℃ | 60-70℃ |
| Low temperature | Indoor 0 to -20℃ Outdoor -35 to -45℃ | -40 to -55℃ |
| Wind resistance | 20m/s guaranteed accuracy 26m/s reduced accuracy 28m/s no permanent damage | |
Implementation suggestions
- Standardized design: It is recommended to use GJB 74A-1998 as the basic design specification
- Test verification: Focus on verifying the measurement accuracy requirements in Table 1, and it is recommended to use the GB/T 12649-2017 standard method
- Quality control: Establish a graded inspection system according to the requirements of Chapter 6, with special attention to the reliability test of Group D
