《GB/T 12628-1990硬磁盘驱动器通用技术条件》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会办公机器、外围设备和耗材分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定硬磁盘驱动器的通用技术条件。主要内容包括术语、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存等。本标准适用于盘片外径为190mm和90mm的硬磁盘驱动器（即温式磁盘驱动器）。本标准是制订产品标准的依据。

Scope

This standard specifies general technical conditions for hard disk drives. The main content includes terms, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. This standard is applicable to hard disk drives (ie warm disk drives) with disk outer diameters of 130mm and 90mm. This standard is the basis for formulating product standards.
