本标准规定了测定工业用1,3-丁二烯中特丁基邻苯二酚[4-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-1,2-苯二酚或简称TBC]含量的高效液相色谱法。阻聚剂TBC也能用分光光度法(GB/T6020)测定,但该法不能区分有活性的阻聚剂及其已没有活性的氧化产物,而本法却能直接测得活性TBC的含量,适用于TBC含量范围为0~250mg/kg的丁二烯试样。注意:1TBC的熔化或浓缩溶液对人体皮肤有强烈的刺激作用,如误入口中则更有毒性,操作中应予以注意。2处理丁二烯的操作步骤应在通风橱中进行,且远离明火,操作者也应采取个人劳保措施(如戴手套和护目镜等)。
Scope
This standard specifies the high-efficiency liquid for determining the content of tert-butylcatechol [4-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1,2-benzenediol or TBC] in industrial 1,3-butadiene. phase chromatography. Inhibitor TBC can also be determined by spectrophotometry (GB/T 6020), but this method cannot distinguish between active inhibitors and inactive oxidation products, but this method can directly measure the content of active TBC , suitable for butadiene samples with TBC content ranging from 0 to 250 mg/kg. Note: 1. The molten or concentrated solution of TBC has a strong irritating effect on human skin, and it is even more toxic if it is swallowed by the mouth. Care should be taken during operation. 2 The operation steps of handling butadiene should be carried out in a fume hood and away from open flames, and the operator should also take personal labor protection measures (such as wearing gloves and goggles, etc.).
