The test system must include:
- Discharge electrode: needle tip curvature radius ≤0.5mm, applied (-10±1)kV voltage
- Sensing electrode: diameter (28±0.5)mm flat plate, response time <4ms
- Rotating platform: diameter (200±4)mm, rotation speed ≥1000r/min

This standard is modified to adopt ISO18080-1:2015. The main technical differences include:
- The detergent type is clarified as GB/T8629 standard detergent 3
- The discharge needle distance tolerance is adjusted from ISO's ±0.5mm to ±1mm
- The test result rounding rule is added (two significant figures)

- Strictly control the environmental conditions at (20±2)℃, (40±4)%RH
