Scope

This standard stipulates the classification and type, composition and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, instruction manuals, sensor calibration tables, packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements of penetrating probes in geotechnical testing instruments. This standard applies to various types of penetrometers in geotechnical testing instruments.
