《GB/T 12819-1991内燃机车台架试验方法牵引热工性能试验》由347（国家铁路局）归口，主管部门为国家铁路局。
本标准规定了牵引热工性能试验的试验目的、内容、要求和对试验机车的基本要求以及测试误差与仪表精度等。本标准适用于以柴油机为动力的电力传动或液力传动内燃机车及内燃动车。本标准未尽事宜允许由试验有关方面协商决定。

Scope

This standard stipulates the test purpose, content and requirements of the traction thermal performance test, the basic requirements for the test locomotive, test error and instrument accuracy, etc. This standard applies to electric or hydraulic transmission diesel locomotives and diesel locomotives powered by diesel engines. Matters not covered in this standard are allowed to be decided through consultation with relevant parties in the test.
