《GB/T 12825-2003高聚物多孔弹性材料 凹入度法硬度测定》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC7(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会橡胶杂品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了三种测定多孔弹性材料的凹入硬度的方法:方法A:(凹入硬度指数):给出一种单一的试验室试验的凹入度测定方法。方法B:(凹入硬度特性):提供硬度凹入曲线形状的资料。方法C:(凹入硬度检验):一种适合于质量控制试验的快速方法。


Scope

This standard specifies three methods for determining the indentation hardness of poroelastic materials: Method A (indentation hardness index): A single laboratory test method for the determination of indentation is given. Method B (Concave Hardness Profile): Provides information on the shape of the hardness concave curve. Method C (Indentation Hardness Test): A rapid method suitable for quality control testing. This standard applies to open-cell latex, polyurethane sponge and polyvinyl chloride sponge. The results obtained by these methods relate only to specific test conditions and are usually not directly usable for design purposes.
