Scope
This standard specifies the reliability requirements and test methods for the tape transport mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the core) of an analog cassette tape recorder with a bandwidth of 3.81mm. This standard is applicable to the reliability appraisal test and acceptance test of cassette recorders, car players and microcassette recorders. This standard assumes that the failure distribution of the movement during the service life phase obeys the law of exponential distribution.
