Classification and working principle of purification device
Marine control air source purification device is mainly divided into two categories:
- Refrigeration type purification device: Use refrigeration equipment to cool compressed air, precipitate water, and then remove impurities through precision filters.
- Adsorption type purification device: Adsorbent is used to absorb water in compressed air, and then impurities are removed through precision filters.
Performance requirements and test methods
According to the standard requirements, the purification device must meet the following performance indicators:
- Dew point requirements: The atmospheric pressure dew point of the treated air should not be higher than -40 ℃.
- Pressure drop: Refrigeration type ≤5%, adsorption type ≤3%.
- Solid particle level: Reach level 1 as specified in GB/T13277.1-2008.
Implementation suggestions and application cases
In actual applications, it is recommended that users choose the appropriate type of purification device according to specific needs. For example:
- For high temperature environments, designs with cooling treatment are preferred.
- For scenarios that require frequent maintenance, adsorption purification devices can be considered.
