《GB/T 12967.6-2008铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜检测方法 第6部分:目视观察法检验着色阳极氧化膜色差和外观质量》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
GB/T12967《铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜检测方法》分为7个部分,本部分为GB/T12967的第6部分。本部分代替GB/T14952.3―1994《铝及铝合金阳极氧化 着色阳极氧化膜色差和外观质量检验方法 目视观察法》。本部分规定了铝及铝合金着色阳极氧化膜色差和外观质量的检验方法。本部分适用于铝及铝合金着色阳极氧化膜产品色差和外观质量的检测。本部分与GB/T14952.3―1994相比,主要变化如下:
―――术语、定义中增加了“有效表面”和“基底”的概念,完善了“色标”的概念;
―――色标的氧化膜厚度和封孔质量的规定有所改动和补充;
―――增加了比色箱目视方法;
―――观察条件中对人造光源补充了D50标准光源,并对散射光源的位置做了规定;
―――对试验步骤的规定更为细化和完善;
―――检验报告的内容增加了观察光源和距离、视点位置;商定色标及说明;试验时间。

This part specifies the detection methods for the color difference and appearance quality of colored anodized films on aluminum and aluminum alloys. This part applies to the detection of color difference and appearance quality of aluminum and aluminum alloy colored anodized film products.
