I. Core principles for building a standard system

1. Clarity of objectives: The construction of a standard system must be guided by clear business objectives to ensure that standardization work is synchronized with the strategic development of the organization.

2. Comprehensiveness: The standard system should cover all relevant areas and avoid missing key links or subsystems. This requires a comprehensive needs analysis and current situation survey during the planning stage.

3. Hierarchical appropriateness: The hierarchical structure of the standard system must be scientific and reasonable. It usually includes different levels such as national standards, industry standards, group standards and enterprise standards to ensure the scope of application and coordination of the standards.

II. Methodology for building a standard system

1. Determine the standardization policy and objectives

Before starting the construction of a standard system, the following key points need to be clarified:

2. Investigation and research
