Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of industrial epichlorohydrin (abbreviated as ECH). This standard applies to industrial epichlorohydrin produced from propylene by high-temperature chlorination/chlorohydrin method or propylene acetate method and glycerin method. Molecular formula: C3H5OCl Relative molecular mass: 92.52 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 2011)
