本标准规定了部分耗尽金硅面垒型探测器的分类、技术要求、测试方法、检验规则等。本标准适用于部分耗尽金硅面垒型探测器(不包括位置灵敏探测器)。锂漂移金硅面垒型探测器也可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. of partially depleted gold-silicon surface barrier detectors (referred to as detectors). This standard applies to partially depleted gold-silicon surface barrier detectors (excluding position sensitive detectors). Lithium-drift gold-silicon surface barrier detectors can also be implemented with reference.
