《GB/T 13181-2002闪烁体性能测量方法》由TC30(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会)归口,TC30SC1(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会通用核仪器和辐射探测器分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了闪烁体的光输出、相对能量转换效率、固有幅度分辨率、闪烁有效衰减长度、发射光谱、闪烁衰减时间以及它们的温度效应的测量方法等内容。本标准适用于常用的各种闪烁体的性能检测。


Scope

This standard specifies the light output, relative energy conversion efficiency, intrinsic amplitude resolution, scintillation effective attenuation length, emission spectrum, scintillation decay time and their temperature effect measurement methods of scintillators. This standard applies to the performance testing of various commonly used scintillators.
