《GB/T 13288.5-2009涂覆涂料前钢材表面处理 喷射清理后的钢材表面粗糙度特性 第5部分:表面粗糙度的测定方法 复制带法》由TC5(全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC5SC6(全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会涂漆前金属表面处理及涂漆工艺分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T13288的本部分规定了按ISO8504��2给定的磨料喷射清理方法清理后钢材表面粗糙度的现场测定法。本方法用复制带和其配套测量仪对涂装前表面粗糙度进行现场测量。
本部分适用于给定规格(或厚度)的复制带测定相应范围内的粗糙度。目前商用的各规格复制带可测定的粗糙度范围是平均峰谷高度20μm~115μm。本部分适用于金属或非金属磨料喷射清理后的表面粗糙度的测定。


Scope

This part of GB/T 13288 specifies the on-site measurement method for the surface roughness of steel after cleaning according to the abrasive jet cleaning method given in ISO 8504-2. In this method, the surface roughness before painting is measured on-site with a replica tape and its supporting measuring instrument. This section applies to a given specification (or thickness) of the replica tape to determine the roughness within the corresponding range. At present, the measurable roughness range of the replica tapes of various specifications commercially available is the average peak-to-valley height of 20µm to 115µm. This section applies to the determination of surface roughness after blast cleaning of metallic or non-metallic abrasives.
