《GB/T 13374-1992八氧化三铀中杂质元素的光谱测定 氧化镓载带法》由TC58(全国核能标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了八氧化三铀中杂质素的载带光谱测定方法原理、试剂材料、仪器与设备、试样制备、分析步骤、结果计算及方法的精密度。本标准适用于纯度在99.5%以上的八氧化三铀中铁、镍、镁、锰、铬、硼的定量测定和铅、锡、镉、银、钼、铝、铜的半定量测定,也适用于可转化成八氧化三铀的氧化铀中杂质素的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagent materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, analysis steps, result calculation and precision of the method for determination of impurity elements in U3O8 by band-carrying spectrometry. This standard applies to the quantitative determination of iron, nickel, magnesium, manganese, chromium and boron and the semi-quantitative determination of lead, tin, cadmium, silver, molybdenum, aluminum and copper in U3O8 with a purity of more than 99.5%. Determination of impurity elements in uranium oxide that can be converted into U3O8. When weighing 0.1g U3O8, the measurement range: 20-320μg/g for iron and nickel; 5-320μg/g for manganese; 10-320μg/g for magnesium; 5-160μg/g for chromium and molybdenum; , cadmium and silver are 0.2-3.2 μg/g; lead, tin and copper are 2.5-80 μg/g; aluminum is 10-160 μg/g.
