《GB/T 13380-2007交流电风扇和调速器》由TC46（全国家用电器标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了交流电风扇和调速器的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。 本标准适用于单相额定电压不超过250V，其他额定电压不超过480V，由交流电动机驱动的台扇、壁扇、台地扇、落地扇、吊扇、顶扇、转页扇、柱式扇和装饰型吊扇及其调速器。

This standard specifies product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, transportation and storage of A.C. electric fans and regulators.

This standard is applicable to A.C. motor-driven table fans, wall fans, floor fans, pedestal fans, ceiling fans, top fans, louver fans, tower fans and decorated ceiling fans, as well as their regulators of single-phase rated voltage not exceeding 250V and other rated voltages not exceeding 480V.

This standard is not applicable to electric fans intended for use under other special conditions.

The safety requirements for electric fans and regulators contained in this standard shall comply with GB 4706.27 Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances—Particular Requirements for Fans.
