《GB/T 13426-1992数字通信设备的可靠性要求和试验方法》由339-1（工业和信息化部（电子））归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本标准规定了数字通信设备的可靠性的一般要求和可靠性试验方法。本标准适用于以平均无故障工作时间(MTBF)为指标，预期寿命服从指数分布或近似指数分布的数字通信设备的可靠性验证试验和可靠性测定试验。本标准推荐的可靠性试验方法适用于设备的任何一个或几个阶段：研制（样机）、试生产、批量生产及现场使用。这些试验可以列入初始鉴定程序（设计定型）、重新鉴定程序(生产定型)以及正常生产过程(批量生产)的验收程序。这些试验方法适用于实验室试验及现场试验。本标准不适用于可靠性增长试验。

Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements and reliability test methods for the reliability of digital communication equipment. This standard is applicable to the reliability verification test and reliability measurement test of digital communication equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment) whose life expectancy follows an exponential distribution or an approximate exponential distribution with the mean time between failures (MTBF) as the index. The reliability test methods recommended in this standard are applicable to any one or several stages of equipment: development (prototype), trial production, mass production and field use. These tests can be included in the initial qualification procedure (design qualification), requalification procedure (production qualification) and acceptance procedures during normal production process (series production). These test methods are suitable for laboratory tests and field tests. This standard does not apply to reliability growth tests.
