Technical requirements for testing instruments

Key equipment must meet the following requirements:

  • UV fluorescence sulfur analyzer Equipped with a 1050℃ high-temperature cracking furnace and an online drying device
  • Spectrophotometer should use a 667nm dedicated detection module and quartz cuvette
  • Uniformly equipped with GH3039 nickel alloy reaction bottles (resistant to 5mol/L acidic environment)

Abnormal handling procedures

  1. When the repeatability>RSD10%:
    ① Check Whether the content of nickel-aluminum alloy meets the 50±5% standard
    ② Calibrate the empty adsorption value of isopropanol reagent
  2. Fluorescence signal attenuation processing: clean quartz tube + update drying film
