《GB/T 13454.2-2013塑料 粉状三聚氰胺-甲醛模塑料 (MF-PMCs) 第2部分:试样制备和性能测定》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC11(全国塑料标准化技术委员会热固性塑料分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T13454的本部分规定了用于粉状三聚氰胺-甲醛模塑料(MF-PMCs)性能测试的试样制备过程和测试方法。
本部分规定了被测试材料的处理方法以及模塑前的被测试材料和测试前的试样的状态调节要求。
本部分适用于粉状三聚氰胺甲醛模塑料(MF-PMCs)试样制备过程和条件以及用这些试样测试材料性能的方法,同时也适用于表征MF-PMCs所需的性能及其测试方法。
性能项目选自通用测试方法GB/T19467.1―2004。MF-PMCs的其他一些特别重要的或广泛使用的测试方法也包含在GB/T13454的本部分中,特征性能可在GB/T13454.1中找到。
为了获得可比的及有重现性的测试结果,应按照这里所规定的样件制备过程及状态调整方法、试样尺寸和测试方法进行。采用不同试样尺寸或样件制备方法的测试数据未必会一致。
Scope
This part of GB/T 13454 specifies the sample preparation process and test methods for performance testing of powdered melamine-formaldehyde molding compounds (MF-PMCs). This standard specifies the treatment method of the tested material and the condition conditioning requirements of the tested material before molding and the test sample before testing. This section applies to powdered melamine-formaldehyde molding compounds (MF-PMCs) sample preparation process and conditions and methods of testing material properties with these samples, but also applicable to characterize the required properties of MF-PMCs and their test methods. The performance items are selected from the general test method GB/T 19467.1-2004. Some other particularly important or widely used test methods for MF-PMCs are also included in this part of GB/T 13454, and the characteristic properties can be found in GB/T 13454.1. In order to obtain comparable and reproducible test results, it should be carried out in accordance with the sample preparation process and state adjustment method, sample size and test method specified here. Test data using different sample sizes or sample preparation methods will not necessarily agree.
