《GB/T 13475-1992建筑构件稳态热传递性质的测定 标定和防护热箱法》由TC191(全国绝热材料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了实验室测定板状建筑构件和工业用类似构件稳态热传递性质(传热系数或比热阻)的测量过程、装置要求和必需报告的数据。本标准适用于垂直试件(如墙)和水平试件(如屋面板和楼板),不适用于特殊的构件(如窗)。本标准规定了两种可供选择的方法:标定热箱法和防护热箱法。本标准不考虑湿迁移、水气的重新分布和相变对热流测量的影响以及热传递与通过试件的空气传质复合作用,但测定时,应考虑湿迁移对测试精度产生的影响。


Scope

This standard specifies the measurement process, device requirements and necessary report data for the laboratory determination of the steady-state heat transfer properties (heat transfer coefficient or specific thermal resistance) of plate-shaped building components and similar components used in industry. This standard applies to vertical test pieces (such as walls) and horizontal test pieces (such as roof panels and floor slabs), and does not apply to special components (such as windows). This standard specifies two alternative methods: calibration hot box method and protective hot box method.
