《GB/T 13477.7-2002建筑密封材料试验方法 第7部分:低温柔性的测定》由TC195（全国轻质与装饰装修建筑材料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC195SC3（全国轻质与装饰装修建筑材料标准化技术委员会建筑密封材料分会）执行，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
GB/T 13477的本部分规定了建筑密封材料低温柔性的测定方法。本标准适用于测定单组分弹性溶剂型密封材料经高温和低温循环处理后的低温柔性。其他类型的密封材料也可参照采用。
Scope
This part of GB/T 13477 specifies the method for the determination of low-temperature flexibility of building sealing materials. This section applies to the determination of the low-temperature flexibility of one-component elastic solvent-based sealing materials after high-temperature and low-temperature cycle treatments. Other types of sealing materials can also be adopted by reference.
