本标准规定了桃罐头的术语和定义，产品分类及代号，要求，试验方法，检验规则，标签、包装、运输和贮存等要求。
本标准适用于以优良罐藏品种的新鲜、速冻桃或预灌装桃为主要原料，经加工处理、装罐、加汤汁、密封、杀菌、冷却制成的罐藏食品。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and code, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of canned peaches. This standard is applicable to the canned food made from fresh, quick-frozen peaches or pre-canned peaches of fine canned varieties as the main raw material, after processing, canning, adding soup, sealing, sterilizing and cooling.
