《GB/T 13540-1992高压开关设备抗地震性能试验》由TC65（全国高压开关设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了高压开关设备抗地震性能试验所涉及的专用术语、试品及试验项目（包括弹性模量测定、共振频率探测、抗地震性能试验、密封试验）、抗震能力的评定以及抗震试验报告等内容。本标准适用于设防烈度为8度至9度的瓷瓶支柱式高压开关设备抗地震性能的考核和抗震能力的评定。

Scope

This standard specifies the special terms, test items and test items involved in the anti-seismic performance test of high-voltage switchgear (including elastic modulus measurement, resonance frequency detection, anti-seismic performance test, sealing test), evaluation of anti-seismic ability and anti-seismic test report. and so on. This standard is applicable to the assessment of the seismic performance and the assessment of the seismic capacity of the porcelain bottle pillar type high-voltage switchgear with a fortification intensity of 8 to 9 degrees. Note: ① Applicable voltage level is determined according to GB11022. ② For closed combined electrical appliances and grounded case circuit breakers, the supply and demand sides can refer to this standard for negotiation. ③ For other electrical equipment with electric porcelain as external insulation and similar structure, the assessment of seismic performance and seismic capacity can be carried out with reference to this standard.
