《GB/T 13587-2006铜及铜合金废料》由TC243（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会）归口，TC243SC2（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会重金属分会）执行，主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了铜及铜合金废料的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则和包装、标志、运输及储存。本标准适用于废铜的国内外贸易及有色金属熔炼企业、加工制造企业废铜的再生回收。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of copper and copper alloy scrap (hereinafter referred to as copper scrap). This standard applies to the domestic and foreign trade of scrap copper and the regeneration and recycling of scrap copper in non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises and processing and manufacturing enterprises.
