Scope

This standard specifies the test classification, test sample preparation, test method, test procedure and qualification criteria for the operation test of high-voltage switchgear under severe freezing conditions. This standard applies to outdoor AC high-voltage switchgear (such as outdoor AC high-voltage isolating switches, grounding switches, Open combined electrical appliances, outdoor AC high-voltage circuit breakers, exposed movable parts of load switches, etc.).
