本标准规定了235U丰度低于5%的浓缩六氟化铀产品的安全、保健物理和临界要求,化学、物理和同位素要求,批量要求和取样,化学分析和同位素分析的试验方法以及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于用商用天然六氟化铀或用商用天然六氟化铀与后处理六氟化铀掺合得到的六氟化铀进行浓缩的,以及由235U丰度高于5%的浓缩六氟化铀与其他低丰度的六氟化铀掺合得到的235U丰度低于5%的浓缩六氟化铀产品。


Scope

This standard specifies the safety and health physical and critical requirements, chemical, physical and isotopic requirements, batch requirements and sampling, chemical analysis and isotopic analysis of enriched UF6 products 235 U-enriched below 5%. Test methods and marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to the enrichment of commercial natural UF6 or UF6 obtained by blending commercial natural UF6 and post-processed UF6, and the concentration of U is higher than that of 235. 235 Enriched uranium hexafluoride products with U abundance less than 5% obtained by blending 5% enriched uranium hexafluoride with other low-abundance uranium hexafluoride. The scope of this standard does not include all provisions to prevent criticality accidents or requirements for health and safety or transport. Complying with this standard does not relieve the user from complying with national standards, industry standards and other applicable regulations and obligations related to processing, transporting or using UF6 in any way.
