《GB/T 13751-2008挖掘装载机试验方法》由TC334（全国土方机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T 13751-1992《挖掘装载机可靠性试验方法》和GB/T 10170-1988《挖掘装载机技术条件》的部分内容。本标准规定了挖掘装载机整机性能试验和工业性试验的试验方法。
本标准适用于GB/T 8498定义的自行的轮胎式挖掘装载机，履带式挖掘装载机可参照使用。
本标准与GB/T 13751-1992相比，主要变化如下：
――GB/T 13751-1992和GB/T 10170-1988（部分内容）合并为一项标准；
――调整了“测量精度、铲斗容量、质量质心、司机视野、反铲挖掘力、行驶速度、制动性能、牵引性能、转向尺寸、司机操纵、噪声和排放”测定的内容，直接采用相关标准代替；
――调整了附录A的内容，增加了附录B“挖掘装载机工业性试验记录表”。

Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the overall performance test and industrial test of backhoe loaders. This standard is applicable to self-propelled tire backhoe loaders defined in GB/T 8498, and crawler backhoe loaders can be used as a reference.
