本标准对吊管机和安装能在铅垂平面内摆动的液压或机械操纵侧臂的轮胎式推土机或装载机在商业文件中出现的额定起重量，规定了统一的计算方法和验证测试方法。该额定起重量考虑了起升机构的限值、倾翻载荷和钢丝绳系数。对计算和验证的起重量，使用衰减系数为特定的吊管机和轮胎式机器结构规定额定起重量。本标准适用于其起重量大于10 000 N的机器，它包括GB/T 8498和ISO 7136中规定的吊管机，以及在GB/T 8498、GB/T 8590和JB/T 8812中规定的轮胎式推土机和装载机。

Scope

This standard specifies uniform calculation methods and verification test methods for the rated lifting capacity of pipelayers and wheel dozers or loaders equipped with hydraulically or mechanically operated side arms capable of swinging in the vertical plane, which appear in commercial documents. This rated capacity takes into account the limits of the hoist, tipping loads and rope coefficients. For calculated and verified capacities, use the attenuation factor to specify the rated capacity for the particular pipelayer and wheeled machine construction. This standard applies to machines whose lifting capacity is greater than 10,000N, including pipelayers specified in GB/T 8498 and ISO 7136, and tire-type bulldozers specified in GB/T 8498, GB/T 8590 and JB/T 8812 and loaders.
