《GB/T 13823.2-1992振动与冲击传感器的校准方法 激光干涉法振动绝对校准 (一次校准)》由TC53(全国机械振动、冲击与状态监测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了采用激光干涉法测量振幅校准加速度计时所用的校准设备、方法及数据处理。本标准主要适用于压电加速度计,频率范围:20~5000Hz,动态范围:10~1000m/s2。


Scope

This standard specifies the calibration equipment, methods and data processing used for measuring amplitude calibration accelerometers using laser interferometry. This standard is mainly applicable to piezoelectric accelerometers, frequency range: 20-5000Hz, dynamic range: 10-1000m/s2.
