《GB/T 13927-2008工业阀门 压力试验》由TC188（全国阀门标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业用金属阀门的压力试验的术语、压力试验相关情形、压力试验要求、试验方法和步骤以及试验结果要求。
本标准适用于工业用金属阀门。本标准应与阀门的产品标准配套使用。
本标准经供需双方同意后也可适用于其他类型的阀门。本标准是对GB/T 13927-1992《通用阀门　压力试验》的修订。本标准与GB/T 13927-1992相比，主要变化如下：
―――标准名称修改为《工业阀门　压力试验》（按国际标准的名称）；
―――增加“允许工作压差、双关双断阀门”等术语解释；
―――增加“试验相关规定”章节，规定买方的权限；
―――修改“试验要求”章节中的“试验项目、试验持续时间”等要求；
―――修改“试验方法和步骤”章节中的“泄漏率要求”等内容，增加了泄漏量等级；
―――修改附录的内容。

This standard specifies the terms of pressure testing, conditions relevant to pressure testing, requirements of pressure testing, test methods and procedures, and requirements of test results of the pressure testing of industrial metallic valves.
This standard is applicable to industrial metallic valves and shall be applied in conjunction with the valve product standards.
This standard may also be applicable to other types of valves upon the consent of the supplier and the purchaser.
