本标准规定了在电信线路上测量磁感应电动势和对地电压、电感应电汉及杂间计电压的方法。本标准适用于为测得电信线路遭受强电线路的危险和干扰影响结果的情况。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the magnetically induced electromotive force and ground voltage, the inductively induced current and the noise meter voltage on telecommunication lines. This standard is applicable to the situation where the telecommunication lines are subjected to the danger and interference effects of strong electric lines. (Telecommunications lines: for dangerous impacts, include telecommunications open wires and cables, cable broadcasting open wires and cables, and remote control and telemetry lines; for interference impacts, only telecommunications open wires and cables are included.
